One of the extensions of NHPA is to provide a multitude of services for our clients. We procure raw materials for natural essential oils and natural products. We guarantee quality assurance and ensure that the product is competed according to set timelines. At NHPA, we work in synergy with our clients to create innovative techniques for production. Our past demonstrates that we have partnered with clients to develop safer and viable molecules.
What's in for the buyer ?Financial Assistance at the inception of the project is extended by us to the buyer, in order to begin the movement of material from the supplier. We ensure that the buyer is in receipt of quality materials. All packaging is supplied by NHPA. We strive to provide the best price through negotiation with the suppliers on behalf of the buyer.
We also send products to a third-party agency to receive quality approval at different stages of development. Pre-shipment samples are sent to the buyer with certifications. We do the entire freight forwarding process and we can assist with maintaining stock.
What's in for the supplier ?We are the point of contact to the suppliers from the beginning of the project. Any issues that arise for the buyer is resolved by NHPA. We guarantee the payments and advances on the buyer’s behalf. Procuring insurance for the goods and the fulfilling shipping requirements are also included in our services.
R&D work on contract
Our trained experts complete research and development projects for clients according to contractual terms, always maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
Process optimization
One of the biggest challenges is cost optimization and quality resources. NHPA ensures that the process is carried out according to established parameters to avoid product deviation. In the event of difficulties during plant operations, our team will take corrective measures for optimization. Our staff can provide product quality improvement and/or reduce costs for ongoing projects.
Toll processing for natural product
NHPA manufacturing has the distillation capabilities and expertise to refine and isolate components of essential oils.
Cost Optimization
To minimize the customer’s cost, we provide maximum optimization. Costs are optimized through close monitoring of the production process in order to recover reusable materials and minimize process waste.
Toll Manufacturing
NHPA will consider Toll Manufacturing for a client. A confidentiality agreement must be signed by both parties at the inception of the project. Raw materials are to be supplied by the customer. Upon completion, the customer will receive all products, by products and waste.
Custom chemical synthesis
NHPA will perform custom synthesis with process information provided by the client. During the customization process, the management will assign a dedicated staff member to closely monitor the custom synthesis.
